Powder Coating Oven
Powder coating is a method of applying both a decorative and, protective finish to a wide range of substrates in both industrial and consumer sectors. Powder Coating Ovens are used to cure powder coating finishes, typically in a range between 180°C to 210°C though we do manufacture Powder Coating Ovens outside of this range. Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. The main difference between a conventional liquid paint and a powder coating is that the powder coating does not require a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in a liquid suspension form. The coating is typically applied electro statically and is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a skin.
